Shipping, returns & exchanges

Is there a shipping cost?

When will my orders be shipped?

We estimate your order will be dispatched within 2 business days, however this may be longer at busier times of the year. We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

How is shipping affected during peak periods?

During holidays, sales, peak seasons and new releases, processing your order may take longer than usual, but rest assured we will process it ASAP.

Can I exchange my order?

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

Can I return items after 14 days?

No, we don't accept returns beyond 14 days of arrival.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item.

How do I return a purchase?

For purchases made on this website please refer to our returns policy.

Purchases made at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase. Please note that store returns policies may differ from our returns policies. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments with most major credit cards.

When will I be charged for my order?

The total amount will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive email confirmation containing a receipt of the completed purchase.

Orders

Can I make changes to my orders?

We start taking care of your order immediately. Therefore, the time-frame in which you can amend or cancel an order is within a limited time frame. To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible to understand your options.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to change or cancel your order, however please refer to our returns policy for your options.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link from Australia Post on your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking link, contact us.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are always here to answer questions. Please contact us if you are unsure.

My tracking link does not work

It can take a day for the Australia Post tracking link to be activated and updated. Please contact us if your link does not work within 24 hours.

I did not receive an order confirmation

At the time you place your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. First, make sure you have provided the correct email address. Second, double check your email spam folder. Still missing, please contact us.
